Zayra IV

Zayra IV is the fourth planet in the Zayran system, and the location of a Federation starbase. As with the rest of the system, the planet and the base were infested with Talarian hook spiders. Miles O'Brien was called to the facility to reroute an emitter array sometime prior to 2369. (TNG: "Realm of Fear")

Zayra IV's name was noted, in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion, to be an inside reference to production staff associate Zayra Cabot.
